- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 75 g cocoa powder
- 150 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 ½ tablespoon rum, or a bottle rum flavoring
- Chocolate icing
- Fat, for the tin
