- 350 g potato (s), diced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot as rose
- Salt and pepper, black

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Wash and dice the potatoes (unpeeled), then place in a freezer bag.
- Add olive oil, paprika powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Close the freezer bag and shake vigorously so that all ingredients mix well.
- Pour the potatoes out of the bag onto the baking sheet and spread out well. Roast in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. When the potatoes are done, lightly season with salt and serve.
