Ingredients
- 800 g potato (s), waxy (e.. Linda, Cilena)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- little oil

- Wash, peel and roughly grate the potatoes directly into a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix everything well.
- Heat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle a touch of oil on it. I then divide the potato mixture into 6 portions and place the mixture next to each other on the tray as a hash brown.
- Bake on the 2nd rail from the bottom for about 40 minutes. Serve hot.
- It is best to serve smoked salmon with a big dollop of sour cream on top. You can also serve a colorful salad with it.
