Chicken Nuggets with Crispy Breading from Oven

Instructions

Clean the chicken breast fillets and then cut them into smaller pieces, 4 - 5 pieces per fillet.
Prepare a marinade from yoghurt, salt, pepper, paprika powder and, if you like, other spices and mix the pieces of meat into the marinade.
First, grind 2 - 3 handfuls of cornflakes in your hand and fill them into a small bowl. If necessary, you can add more cornflakes later. Now roll the chicken pieces one after the other in cornflakes so that they are breaded all over and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the nuggets in the oven at 200 ° C for 25 - 30 minutes, turning carefully halfway through.
The nuggets taste great as finger food, with a homemade dip, for example. B. from yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic, tomato paste and a little olive oil.
As a main course, I like to cook vegetable rice with fresh tomatoes and onions with the nuggets.
The marinated chicken pieces can also be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours, then the spices absorb even better.
