Crispy Chicken Wings (in the Oven)

Are you waiting for friends to visit and do not know what to feed them? Prepare crispy chicken wings and serve with garlic sauce. The combination of amazingly crispy rusk, juicy chicken and hot sauce will leave no one indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 800 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce – 40 ml
  • Rusks “Panko” – 100 g
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground chili pepper – ¼ teaspoon

For the garlic sauce:

  • Sour cream – 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped dill – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food for crispy chicken wings with garlic sauce.
  2. Start by making the sauce, as it takes time to infuse. In a separate container, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill and garlic crushed with a press.
  3. Stir. Add to taste and send to the refrigerator until serving.
  4. Wash and dry the wings, and then cut off the extreme phalanx from each wing.
  5. Pour the soy sauce into a small bowl, break the egg, add the chili and paprika.
  6. And shake everything thoroughly.
  7. Then dip the chicken wing into the resulting mixture. It should wet well.
  8. And thoroughly roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
  9. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil and lay out the breaded wings.
  10. Bake breaded wings at 190-200 degrees for about half an hour. The breadcrumbs should acquire a delicious ruddy appearance.
  11. Take the garlic sauce out of the fridge and serve with the hot crispy wings. An amazing combination of flavors.
