Chicken Nuggets

Everyone’s favorite fast food nuggets can be made easily at home! A couple of necessary ingredients and half an hour of time – and you have a wonderful hot beer snack at your fingertips.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 500 grams
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Salt, pepper, spices – To taste
- Bread crumbs – 3-4 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil – 150 Milliliters
Directions
- Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into slices or cubes. Here it will be more convenient for you: you can cut while the chicken has not completely thawed. You can even cut it into cubes.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl. In another, mix the crackers and spices. Keep both bowls handy near the stove.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip each piece of chicken first in an egg, then in seasoned breadcrumbs, then again in an egg.
- Fry the nuggets on all sides in oil until tender (5-7 minutes), they cook very quickly! Serve ready-made chicken nuggets hot with vegetables, a light side dish or beer.
