Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Butter, or oil

- Wash the chicken breast fillets and cut into thin slices approx. 0.5 cm thick.
- Mix salt, pepper and vegetable stock into the cup of breadcrumbs.
- Put the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs each in a plate and place next to each other. First turn the chicken slices in the flour, knock off any excess flour, then dip into the eggs and finally press into the seasoned breadcrumbs and turn.
- Add plenty of butter or oil to the pan and fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown.
- Tip:
- So that it doesn`t get too high in calories, I put the finished nuggets on kitchen paper.
- This goes well with green salad, french fries, potato salad.
