Ingredients
- 150 g chicken breast fillet (s), turkey breast or chicken wins
- 1 egg (s)
- flour
- 1 bag tortilla (s) (chips), taste as desired
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Put the tortillas in a freezer bag and crumble them with the meat mallet or rolling pin. Small pieces of the tortillas are welcome. Put in a bowl. Put the flour in another bowl for breading. Whisk the egg in a bowl and season with pepper, salt and paprika.
- Let the oil get hot in a deep pan or deep fryer. Turn the nuggets first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the tortilla crumbs and then fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with dips, salad and french fries.
