Ingredients
- 1 bulb garlic, with small cloves
- 400 ml olive oil, rapeseed or sunflower oil
- 3 sprigs thyme or rosemary
- some peppercorns, whole
- possibly chilli pepper (s)

- Cut into the garlic cloves and put them in a suitable bottle depending on the desired intensity.
- 1 whole Knobli = very intense
- Put thyme / rosemary sprigs, peppercorns in the bottle. Top up the whole thing with the oil.
- If you like it spicy, you can add a chopped chilli.
- Leave the bottle to stand for about 2 weeks, then enjoy it with salads or pasta or drizzled on bread.
