- 2 cloves garlic)

- 2 stalk / s basil
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 lemon (s), (juice)
- g 1,200 salmon fillet (s), skinless
- some salt and pepper
- some herbs, fresh and
- Lemon (s), for garnish

- Mix the garlic slices, herb leaves, oil and lemon. Cut the salmon into 4-6 pieces, pepper.
- Drizzle with the lemon oil in a shallow bowl and let it steep for 2 hours. From time to time to turn.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade, season with salt and place each on a piece of oiled aluminum foil. Fold up the edges a little. Grill the salmon on the hot grill for approx. 10 minutes, serve with herbs and lemon.
