- 0.5 ½ cup olive oil, good (approx. 100 ml)
- Salt and pepper, whiter

- Mix the lemon juice with the oil vigorously until the two combine well and become a bit creamy, season with salt and white pepper.
- Goes well with cooked fish, cooked white meat, salads and seafood.
- Tip: If you want, you can add finely chopped parsley.
