Instructions

1. Mix the lemon juice with the oil vigorously until the two combine well and become a bit creamy, season with salt and white pepper.
2. Goes well with cooked fish, cooked white meat, salads and seafood.
3. Tip: If you want, you can add finely chopped parsley.
