- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, absolutely fresh
- 1 pinch lemon peel, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 small onion (s), chopped and finely diced
- 2 tablespoon herbs, fresh, chopped
- sugar
- Salt and pepper
