Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 7 cl vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 4 cl oil (olive oil)
- 250 g onion (s)
- parsley
- pepper
- salt

- Wash and drain the iceberg lettuce. Tear the lettuce into small pieces (about 10cm long and 5cm wide) and place in a bowl.
- The dressing: put vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a cup and stir. Then chop the onions and parsley into small pieces. Add this to the cup and pour over the salad. Finished.
