Ingredients
- 2 piece (s) cucumber (s)
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light and mild
- 2 tablespoon walnut oil or neutral oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- pepper
- Dill
- 6 leaves wild garlic, fresh
- some water to lengthen

- Wash the cucumbers and peel and slice them if necessary.
- For the sauce, mix the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and dill and season to taste. If you like, you can add water to the sauce.
- Wash the wild garlic and cut into strips. Mix the cucumbers with the salad sauce and mix in some of the wild garlic, sprinkle some over as a decoration.
