Wild Garlic Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. The recipe quantity is sufficient for approx. 250 g green salads.
  2. Wash the wild garlic and dry it very thoroughly so that it can absorb the oil. Then cut the wild garlic into small pieces without stalks.
  3. Put the balsamic vinegar in a blender jar. Add the chopped wild garlic, pepper and sea salt. Puree the wild garlic with the mixer, pour in the olive oil or add 2-3 portions and mix again each time. The result is a homogeneous, wonderfully spicy, creamy salad dressing.
  4. For potato salad or pasta salad, more olive oil can be added, then the salad dressing becomes a little thinner and can be spread out well or the amounts can be increased a little overall.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
