- 80 g wild arlic
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, mild, white
- 6 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
- some sea salt
- some pepper, whiter

- The recipe quantity is sufficient for approx. 250 g green salads.
- Wash the wild garlic and dry it very thoroughly so that it can absorb the oil. Then cut the wild garlic into small pieces without stalks.
- Put the balsamic vinegar in a blender jar. Add the chopped wild garlic, pepper and sea salt. Puree the wild garlic with the mixer, pour in the olive oil or add 2-3 portions and mix again each time. The result is a homogeneous, wonderfully spicy, creamy salad dressing.
- For potato salad or pasta salad, more olive oil can be added, then the salad dressing becomes a little thinner and can be spread out well or the amounts can be increased a little overall.
