Ingredients
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar, e.g. from Ponti
- 70 ml olive oil, mild or slightly hot, not bitter
- 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 5 pinches pepper, freshly ground
- 3 pinches salt
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ sugar or honey or agave syrup
- 1 clove garlic

- Mix the vinegar and oil with the mustard to a homogeneous liquid, then stir in the pepper, salt and sugar. Season to taste and season to taste.
- Then add the finely chopped garlic clove and season again. Finally stir in the garden herbs.
- If the consistency of the dressing is too thick, you can add a few tablespoons of cold water until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Depending on the amount and taste, you can also vary the amount with the vinegar and oil.
- A fresh lettuce, rocket or other salads are suitable for this.
