Ingredients

  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar, e.g. from Ponti
  • 70 ml olive oil, mild or slightly hot, not bitter
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 5 pinches pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ sugar or honey or agave syrup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • garden herbs

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar and oil with the mustard to a homogeneous liquid, then stir in the pepper, salt and sugar. Season to taste and season to taste.
  2. Then add the finely chopped garlic clove and season again. Finally stir in the garden herbs.
  3. If the consistency of the dressing is too thick, you can add a few tablespoons of cold water until the desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Depending on the amount and taste, you can also vary the amount with the vinegar and oil.
  5. A fresh lettuce, rocket or other salads are suitable for this.
  6. The amount of dressing is enough for a large bowl of salad.
