Ingredients
- 100 ml water
- 3 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 pinches pepper, more colorful, from the mill
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon fondor
- 1 teaspoon salad herbs
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil or rapeseed oil

- Put all ingredients except for the oil directly into a salad bowl and stir well with a whisk. Then season to your own taste if necessary. For the to-go version, simply mix everything in a shaker.
- Add the washed salad to the finished dressing. Just before serving, add the oil and stir well again.
