Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the iceberg lettuce. Tear the lettuce into small pieces (about 10cm long and 5cm wide) and place in a bowl.
  2. The dressing: put vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a cup and stir. Then chop the onions and parsley into small pieces. Add this to the cup and pour over the salad. Finished.
