Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon peppermint, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon lemon balm, fresh
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated
  • 500 ml vinegar (fruit vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Peel the lemon peel thinly with a peeler. Finely chop the herbs. Put the vinegar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the herbs and lemon zest in a bowl. Pour the hot vinegar over it. Let it steep for at least 24 hours. Pour the vinegar through a filter bag into a sterile bottle.
