Fresh Cabbage with Vinegar

Ingredients

Sugar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Salt – 1 Pinch
Vinegar – 4 Tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Cabbage – 1 Piece (small)
Carrots – 1 Piece
Bell pepper – 0.5 Pieces

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Determine the amount of vinegar yourself (depending on your taste preferences). Put on fire and heat so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, add vegetable oil and leave to cool.
Wash, dry and finely chop the cabbage.
In this variant I also use a little sweet pepper, chopping it into small pieces
I also add grated carrots. Combine all vegetables in a large salad bowl.
Pour in the dressing and mix well. You can add fresh herbs to taste.
