Mix the garlic slices, herb leaves, oil and lemon. Cut the salmon into 4-6 pieces, pepper.
Drizzle with the lemon oil in a shallow bowl and let it steep for 2 hours. From time to time to turn.
Remove the salmon from the marinade, season with salt and place each on a piece of oiled aluminum foil. Fold up the edges a little. Grill the salmon on the hot grill for approx. 10 minutes, serve with herbs and lemon.
