Ingredients
- 500 ml oil, peanut or sesame oil
- 6 small chilli pepper (s), fresh, red (medium hot variety)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 30 g iner, fresher

- Rinse the bottles with hot water, wash the chillies, remove the stalk and cut into 3-4 longitudinal strips, peel and quarter the garlic and remove the germ. Peel the ginger and cut into strips.
- Spread the ginger, chilli and garlic evenly between the bottles, pour the oil on and close with the cork.
- Let it steep for at least 2 weeks, shaking occasionally.
