- 1 kg turkey thigh (s)
- 1 tablespoon, heaped rosemary, dried
- 1 tablespoon, heaped thyme, dried
- 1 tablespoon, heaped marjoram, dried
- Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash white wine or broth
