Cook the potatoes in their skins for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, dice the onions and place in a bowl. Add Magerq and herb quark to the bowl and stir with a little milk until creamy. If you like, stir chopped parsley and / or chives into the quark. Season the herb quark with salt and pepper.
When the potatoes are cooked, peel them and arrange on plates with the herb quark. Finally, drizzle some linseed oil over the quark.
