Ingredients
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 1 small shallot (s)
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs marjoram
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 100 ml milk
- sugar
- salt

- Peel the onions and shallots and finely dice them. Wash the herbs, shake dry and finely chop (chives into small rolls).
- Stir the quark with the milk until smooth and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Then fold in the onions and herbs.
- Cover the quark and let it steep for 30 minutes
- Tip: Instead of the shallot, a second onion can be used and the milk can also be replaced with mineral water.
