Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and shallots and finely dice them. Wash the herbs, shake dry and finely chop (chives into small rolls).
  2. Stir the quark with the milk until smooth and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Then fold in the onions and herbs.
  3. Cover the quark and let it steep for 30 minutes
  4. Tip: Instead of the shallot, a second onion can be used and the milk can also be replaced with mineral water.
