Wash the potatoes and cook with the caraway seeds for approx. 25 minutes until soft.
Wash and clean the radishes and cut into fine slices. Wash, clean and finely chop or chop the herbs.
Beat the quark, sour cream and a little salt with the hand mixer for a few minutes until very creamy. Fold in the garlic, diced shallots, herbs and lemon zest and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Finally fold in the radish slices.
