Ingredients
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 50 g wheat flour
- 250 g quark
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar, brown
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 tablespoon linseed oil
- 2 Table spoons milk
Also: for rolling
- oatmeal
- linseed
- Pumpkin seeds

- Put the ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Shape into 6 rolls and roll in the desired kernels or oat flakes. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with water.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes.
