Ingredients
- 200 ml water, warm
- 50 g butter
- 500 g spelled flour (whole wheat flour)
- 100 g raisins
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 4 tablespoon honey, (liquid)
- possibly milk or water for brushing

- Mix together flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add lukewarm water, butter, quark, honey and raisins. Process the whole thing into a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Divide into 16 pieces and form rolls from them. Cover the rolls and let them rest in a warm place for about 15 minutes on a baking sheet. Brush with milk / water.
- Preheat the oven and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C (hot air).
