- 50 grams sugar
- 40 g mararine
- 3 egg (s)
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 150 grams flour
- 1 packet raisins
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Beat the sugar, margarine and eggs until frothy. Then fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add a tablespoon of batter to the pan and bake small buffers (like potato pancakes).
- Serve hot and dust with icing sugar.
- Instead of raisins, you can also add small apple pieces to the dough.
