  • 100 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 liter buttermilk or milk
  • butter or margarine or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. All ingredients are mixed together. Then simply melt the butter in a pan and add the dough in portions. Fry both sides until golden and enjoy!
  2. In my opinion, applesauce, butter and sugar, Nutella or jam are suitable for refining.
