- 300 grams flour
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 200 ml mineral water
- some oil

- Mix all ingredients, except for the water, in a jug and let rest for 30 minutes. Add mineral water.
- Heat a pan with a little oil and pour in some of the batter. Bake until golden and turn.
- Tastes very tasty with sugar or all kinds of jam / jam.
