Ingredients
- 285 g spelled flour
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon tartar baking powder
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
- 85 g butter, very cold (cut into small pieces)
- 250 ml buttermilk

- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Spread the butter on top and cut into the flour with a knife until the mixture is roughly crumbly.
- Tip:
- Also works well with the mixer. Stir in buttermilk. Dust the work surface with flour. Shape the dough into a thick oval, about 1 / 2-1 cm thick. Cut out or cut out circles about 6-7cm in diameter. Also goes well with a drinking glass.
