Ingredients
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 250 g berries your choice
- 1 bag pudding powder, (cold shell powder)
- mint

- Mix the cold bowl powder with the buttermilk. Chop the berries and fold in if necessary. Spread everything in dessert bowls and put in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Garnish with a mint leaf before serving.
