- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 4 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk, whisked with a little milk
- Granulated sugar

- Knead the butter, flour, vanilla sugar and buttermilk together well. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- Then roll out about 1/2 cm thick and cut into diamonds, brush with whisked egg yolk and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
