Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar, margarine and eggs until frothy. Then fold in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add a tablespoon of batter to the pan and bake small buffers (like potato pancakes).
  3. Serve hot and dust with icing sugar.
  4. Instead of raisins, you can also add small apple pieces to the dough.
