- 50 grams sugar
- 50 g butter or mararine, soft
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g flour
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- possibly raisins, turned in flour

- Beat the egg with the sugar until frothy. Then add the softened butter and the quark and mix in thoroughly. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the quark mixture. Knead the dough thoroughly and, depending on your taste, fold in the floured raisins. The dough should be sticky in consistency.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a spoon to spread 10-12 small piles on it, depending on the desired roll size. The quark rolls have to bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
