- 200 g low-fat quark
- 250 g spelled flour or whole wheat flour
- 6 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g honey
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g almond (s)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch (s) clove powder
- 1 pinch (s) mace (s)
