Ingredients
- 250 g spelled flour (e.. type 630)
- 250 g spelled flour, whole rain
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g hazelnuts, whole or chopped
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or other fruit vinegar
- 500 ml water, warm
- Fat for the shape

- Mix all ingredients into a dough. Put the dough (about the consistency of batter for cakes) into a greased loaf pan (approx. 30 cm) without letting it rise. Place directly in the cold oven and bake at 170 ° C for about 50 minutes.

- If there`s no vinegar on hand, it doesn`t matter. The weight percentage of the flour can also be changed in both directions. The amount of water may have to be adjusted upwards if the whole grain content is significantly higher.
