Ingredients

  • 400 g spelled or wholemeal spelled flour
  • 100 g buckwheat or buckwheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt (possibly less)
  • 2 teaspoons fruit vinegar
  • 70 g flaxseed
  • 70 g sesame seeds
  • 70 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 cube fresh yeast
  • 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Grind spelled and buckwheat into fine flour or buy it already ground. Mix with salt, fruit vinegar and whole seeds (linseed, sesame, sunflower seeds). Dissolve the yeast in water and mix with the flour mixture in the food processor. Fill the dough into a greased loaf pan (one large or two small) and bake IMMEDIATELY (NO RISING TIME!) In the preheated oven for about 1 hour at 220 ° C. Tastes best fresh and is very healthy.
