Ingredients
- 1 kg spelled flour (whole grain)
- 3 teaspoons, leveled salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 750 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 1 teaspoon fennel, ground
- 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
- 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
