- 300 ml buttermilk, lukewarm
- 3 teaspoons herbal salt
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 250 g flour (spelled flour)
- 150 g flour (whole spelled flour)
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 ½ teaspoon beet syrup

- Put the specified ingredients in the bread maker in exactly one order. Then bake on the express program. It is a very light, dark bread.
- Variation: After the BBA beeps, add approx. 150 g mixed grains (linseed, sunflower seeds, crispy oat flakes, etc.). Before baking, sprinkle the dough with water and sprinkle with grains.
