Ingredients
- 300 g spelled flour
- 350 g spelled meal
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 1 packet yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm

- Mix together the water, yeast, low-fat quark and sugar, then sieve the flour over it and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together well. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Put in a greased loaf pan and bake immediately in a cold oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
- Of course, you can also add grains to the bread as desired.
- I`ve also baked it as a baguette or bread roll.
