Ingredients
- 1 cube yeast
- 2 tablespoon honey, or dandelion honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 500 g spelled flour, or other flour
- 2 teaspoons bread spice mixture
- 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoon flaxseed, crushed
- 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon bran (wheat bran)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- Fat, for the shape

- Mix the yeast with the honey and salt in a bowl and let stand until the yeast has become liquid. Stir if necessary.
