Ingredients

  • 500 g spelled flour, type 1050
  • 250 g spelled flour, type 630
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ salt
  • 0.75 liter ¾ water, lukewarm
  • 250 g sunflower seeds, or other
  • 1 teaspoon bread spice mixture
  • 2 packs tartar baking powder
  • Oil (coconut), or other oil, for the shape

Instructions

  1. First mix all the dry ingredients together and then pour in the lukewarm water, knead well with a dough hook.
  2. Please do not be surprised, the dough is looser (tough-cracking) than usual.
  3. Grease a loaf pan. Pour in the dough, dab the surface of the dough with a little water and the crust will be nice and crispy.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Slide on the middle rail for the first 30 minutes and on the bottom one for the last 15 minutes so that the bread does not get too dark.
  5. Since I have a small baking pan, I pour the rest of the batter into muffin molds and in 25 minutes I have super delicious, freshly baked small rolls.
