Ingredients
- 1 cube yeast
- 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm
- 500 g spelled flour
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons fruit vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- Fat for the shape

- Dissolve the yeast in the water, add all the other ingredients and knead well. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and place on the middle rack in the cold oven.
- Don`t let the bread rise. Bake for approx. 60 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Remove the bread from the mold. If necessary, bake for another 5 - 10 minutes.
