Ingredients
- 500 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast, fresh
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 medium pear (s)
- 1 medium carrot (s)
- 350 ml water, lukewarm, not too hot otherwise the yeast will no longer work
- Fat for the shape

- Grate the pear and carrot. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix the yeast with the honey and dissolve (it becomes liquid). Then add all the ingredients, combine to form a dough and knead the dough well.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and put the pan in the cold oven. It is important not to preheat the oven! Set the oven to 175 ° C and bake the bread in it for about 1 hour. After 10 minutes of baking, cut into the bread lengthways with a knife, then it will look nicer afterwards.
