Mix the yeast with the water (mix the dry yeast with the flour). Add all other ingredients and knead well with the mixer (dough hook). Put in a greased loaf pan and place in the cold oven and let stand for about 20 minutes, then switch the oven on. Bake the bread for 60 minutes at 200 degrees top / bottom heat or 50 minutes at 170 degrees hot air. Then remove the bread from the mold and bake for another 10 minutes without a baking pan.
