- If necessary, stir the cream cheese and quark with a little milk until smooth.
- Clean and finely dice the onions, clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Stir into the cream together with the chives.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Goes well with hearty bread, with pretzel chips or crackers, or with grilling and potatoes.
